Terrible director - Administrator HBS Employee Review

After passing two interviews and following my first day as an employee, I was told on my second day they do not employ smokers. This is discrimination and goes entirely against their own terms/handbook. It becomes very clear when a company is passed down to a relative as they do not fully understand what it takes to run a company
