The company forced new hires to add reviews to here and other job listing sites to push down the bad reviews and increase the ratings. That should tell you something. If that doesn't then look at how they respond to the reviews. It's toxic. The turnover in this place is crazy high. I will see my third HR department head rotate through the company in less than 2 years this coming month and this is after 4 people turned the job down. The turnover in leadership here is non stop. It's really an odd place to be. The head guy is an "expert" at everything so I don't know why they even have department heads. The owners are decent but when they do nothing about what is going on then that signals to us that they agree with how things are being done. For now I will just come in and do my job and collect a paycheck but if you are looking for growth then I would keep looking.
