The company hires smart & high-quality people who care about their work and the success of projects. It's a lean organization and no one is "hiding" or just collecting a paycheck. If you want to work for a company with a great reputation, have high-performing co-workers and access to ownership, this is the best GC in town.
Cons
As a growing company, there's always items that can be improved. But, ownership is aware and continues to make improvements that impact all employees (field and office).
