Pros
I worked for HCI Systems for a total of 6 years with a majority of my time spent as part of the Fresno branch. I worked out of the Pleasanton branch my last year. I left the low voltage industry to pursue a career in a completely unrelated field, however feel very grateful for my time spent at HCI. I made many friends in various branches and had a lot of mentors who invested in me to help me grow. I would never work for another Low Voltage contractor. HCI is my family. If you are contemplating switching companies or even just looking to get into the industry it does not get better than HCI. The owner, Hany leads with integrity and wants everyone to be successful. I can not express how grateful I feel to have worked for HCI and thankful that they gave a young college grad the opportunity to join their company straight out of college. Now I can't stop looking up at the sprinkler heads, CCTV systems etc. everywhere I go. HCI will always hold a special place in my heart and can not put into words how great of an experience I had.
Cons
The industry in general is stressful no matter what company you work for, however if you can survive this industry you can conquer anything life throws at you. Those in the low voltage industry are a different breed and working for a company like HCI...YOU WILL SURVIVE!
