Almost none - some really good connections can me made as the place is filled with very knowleageble people - possibility to work from home
Cons
Internal processes are terrible in every possible way Upper management is often shady and mean spirited Low salaries, no chance for promotions or salary reviews unless you're one for the ''favourites'' Internal communications with stakeholders can be a nightmare due to lack of responsiveness and overall slow management Customer's satisfaction is not a top priority for almost anyone in the business
