      - work can feel a bit too simple at times, which could be a negative for people who rely on challenges at work in order to grow. - hybrid setup might be a con for some people

      If you are for ol team you are converted.

      Cons

      Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
