Nice pretty Atrium Building to walk into

Cons

They will throw you on the phones for about 4 weeks on the Anthem project to try you out, you will take back to back calls, create tickets,and try to soak in all the end user issues that you are totally clueless about, this company provides no end user training on Anthem's systems and or applications. Within your 4 week period they will evaluate you based on you performance. After your 4 week period is over, and if you have a performance score of 86% or higher, they will either cancel your contract or move you to the dungeon. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DESPERATELY NEED A PAYCHECK

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
