Pros
The only positive thing I can say is that the health insurance options are pretty good. Otherwise, the benefits are about the same or worse than what you'd find at any other big company.
Cons
The work environment and culture are extremely toxic. There's no respect for work-life balance: I consistently had to work more than 40 hours every week, and was asked to come in to work on the weekend for no apparent reason (no major releases or demos were coming up) on several occasions. It was a struggle to get any vacation time approved, especially if you were asking for more than a single day off. What makes these conditions worse is how inconsistently they seemed to apply: certain employees would consistently show up late and leave early (esp. management), or simply not show up, and never seemed to get reprimanded. As a result, the employees who were diligent in doing their jobs were forced to work even harder to pick up the slack. As a result of these (and other) factors, any employees who are even marginally talented seem to leave within two years. This means that almost all the people left are the ones too incompetent or lazy to find better jobs, and it really shows in the quality of work produced. One thing all the reviews seem to mention is the low pay. They're not joking. Virtually anywhere else you go will pay better, especially if you have some experience. There is almost no growth in terms of salary: Despite getting positive reviews from all the senior members on my team, my raise was less than the rate of inflation. If that's not bad enough, I had one of the higher raises on our team.
