Pros
The Job was easy. The client trusted the engineers which made it very good to manage the work. Rarely you had to do work out of office hours. Management was good.
Cons
During my first 8 months at the company I was assigned with a client but without team, so I was doing nothing. They are strict about working time, so even if I didn't have a project and without anything to do they were complaining about me not being in my seat enough hours. Raise of salary it's usually not much and it takes over 6 months after your performance review to be reflected in you paycheck.
