Bad Employer - Software Engineer HCLTech Employee Review

1. No normalization, if I stay for a long time, my hikes will be minimal, no promotion, no normalization. I am treated very bad in this aspect. 2. As this operates from Chennai, TN, people play politics, non-professional, people do not speak in English during the technical discussions even if they know I do not understand what they speak. 3. Certain managers I worked with are non-professional who do not do their job properly, and expect the team to perform more than the required. If I perform more than the required, there is no adequate rating/salary given.
