Pros

good training and learning experience on-site assignments are great opportunity but very short in duration and limited as focus is on offshore for profitability reasons

Cons

ground level realities are contrary to claim of Employee First, Customer Second slogan which you get sick of hearing all the time. long tenure required to move up in the organization as only people who have put in 10-15 years within the company are given opportunity to hold senior management position. external hires to middle management are an exception and can jump levels ahead

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
