Pros
Can sustain the job if not looking for money or career. Medical benefits were very good but not good lately as they changed the carrier. Arena to learn good amount of CYA techniques and many things what is not taught in Harvard or MIT
Cons
They preach EFCS, but what it really means you got to work there and not go by media. There is nothing to beat what an experience will teach! ...soon to learn that EFCS is employees fuzzy customers stressed! Training gone down and less spending, burden the employee. One can find many good politicians, godfathers and immature kings in little kingdoms following their own processes when delivering to customer.
