1. Lot of projects in all technologies. 2. Policies are much better. 3. Good Vision and Goals. and Management is good.
Cons
1. Even though lot of projects, You can’t shift from one project to other easily until you Manager thinks so. 2. Salary is very low compare to competitor 3. Lots of politics, and you mayn’t aware what’s going on in other project in your technology.
