Very few pros left after slashing of benefits and incompetent managers making too many contradicting decisions on a whim
Cons
Fingerprint machines to clock in and out for work, 20-25hrs teaching load per week with expectations for research to be done on "own time", totally unflexible work schedules and office time expectations even if evening or weekend classes are mandated. Having students resit exams up to 5 times! (No joke, very common here). Expect to put in at least 40hrs per week or be threatened with payroll dedections. Actually do not expect to be treated with respect or professionalism... HCT lacks even a minimal amount of respect or integrity when dealing with its employees.
