Pros
Good benefits, decent pay, Christmas parties, surprise bonuses when company is doing good, and usually we get a Christmas bonus.
Cons
Son took over business and wants to run it like Starbucks which is ruining the small business feel with Fred Pryor Seminars. Salesmen are rude and not thankful and will stress you out.
