“goal structure” commission plan means you basically make the company tons of money and you’ll see $0 out of it because the goals are unrealistic. prices on parts are extremely high and 80% of the time they are delivered to the customer come either damaged or wrong. having no inventory usually meant items on back order and not much of a selection of products which lead to MANY customer complaints. your phone/email will be going off 24/7 about issues and problems from properties they have been having with HD Supply for years. you will be micromanaged by first time “managers” so do yourself a favor and go work for a better company like Maintenance Supply, Wilmar, or Chadwell that will actually pay and appreciate you for all of your hard work.
