Great firm years ago, but not so much anymore - Project Support HDA Architects Employee Review

Salaries have not kept up with the times. The remaining owner puts more pressure and hours on remaining staff instead of hiring more people, which eventually causes people to leave which happened earlier in 2018. Upper management under the owner is not prepared to take over the reigns, does not know anything about the industry, liability, management styles, etc. Just not as welcoming of a firm as they used to be.
