Lot of exposure. Holistic experience of the sector - debt + equity.
Cons
No team building exercise. No human connect. Immense work pressure. No learning - "This is not a school (not a place to learn)" were the words of the IB head. Almost non-existent deal flow on the equity side. Lot of MIS work.
