Pros
1) so I was in dombivli branch of hdfc sales and I had got a fairly good manager and team who was supportive and understanding. Some of the seniors were very helpful and understanding. 2) birthdays or any important day celebrations was taking place
Cons
1) Although they were supportive but there was always pressure of logins. Which is file for home loan or any other product of hdfc. Basically the buisness you bring to the HDFC. Like in this process you have to find leads on your own from open market. 2) In such tough and saturated market where options was less and competition was very much that getting good leads and buisness from those was very tough. 3) The policies of hdfc regarding homeloan and other products was very strict and narrow. Due to which sometimes your files would not be get selected and it would be lose to the competition. 3) And incentives structure was not faired. You would have to get some criteria fulfilled to get it done. 4) If you are making logins and buisness in this job then well and good. It will be a great job as you will salary on time and incentives as performance. Job and your work life balance will good. But if you not making it then it's not less than hell for you. Every day will be very hard to work and survival will become difficult for you.
