      the managers are pretty good and they have a good company morale

      Cons

      before covid they were pretty strict on remote working but that has loosened up quite a bit now

      Limited to non-existent. The company was not serious about growth or expansion in NA.

      Cons

      German parent had zero appetite for risk and stepped on toes in NA. Pitted a sister company against the NA platform.
