It depends a bit on which department you work in, in my case everybody was very international, friendly, positiv and keen about doing a good job. Even though remuneration is not the best, you have between 10-8 weeks of holidays (!). Possibility to do HEC-courses and trainings once you have full-time contract. Possibility to use on-campus sport facilities. Beautiful campus environment. Great opportunities to enlarge your network (HEC students and alumni).
