      Hard to get ahead if you're not female. Management are too controlling. Too difficult to get work done due to decision making by concensus.

      Cons

      poor leadership and communication, love their meetings and pats on backs on the guise of transparency - so everyone knows what they're doing, strong on lip service. there's a mask of niceness and pleasantry
