Pros
Good overall culture, pleasant people
Cons
Company makes a lot of noise about preventing precarious work, dignity at work, modern slavery, but could do a lot better in applying these ideas to its own staff. For a company that is 80% women and pays a lot of lip service to diversity / inclusion, it is brutal with women who may have reproductive issues, menopause challenges, etc. High-pressure, my-way-or-the-highway approach, zero respect or sympathy for staff who suffer from stress. Team structures change, seemingly randomly, every year or so. Very top-down management approach, annual staff survey is a farce, those expressing concerns told to shut up or leave. Oh, and work systems are chaotic and difficult to navigate -- no-one understands or cares about where information is kept and how it is accessed. All this for distinctly average pay.
