Pros

I worked for HEXA for 5 and a half years. When I first started with them it was in the shop part time while I was finishing up college. Once I graduated, they put me into sales even though I had zero experience. It was hard at first and required a lot of grit but I had a sales manager that did not quit on me and had my back. Over the course of my time there I not only learned sales skills, but also life skills that I will keep with me as long as I live. The people are what makes HEXA so extraordinary, from top to bottom. Upper management wants you to succeed and will help wherever they can. I could not have asked for a better place to start my sales career at and can truly say that my life changed for the better working here. I am now a National Accounts Manager at a major company in its space and have to give credit to my roots and God.

Cons

If you are not willing to apply yourself, work hard, and face constructive criticism this place may not be for you.

Pros

I’ve been with HEXA for nearly four years, and I came in with zero sales experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to learn, grow, and build skills that have shaped both my career and my personal life. The people here have genuinely changed my life for the better. If there’s one word to describe this company, it’s growth. HEXA is constantly evolving, and opportunity is around every corner. In five years, I’ve held seven different titles — and each role taught me something new, challenged me differently, and made me better. If you’re competitive, driven, and have a “get it done” mentality, you will thrive here. Hard work is noticed, and putting the team above your own agenda doesn’t go unrecognized.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. The one thing worth noting: HEXA moves fast. Processes evolve, priorities shift, and things change quickly. If you struggle to adapt on the fly, there may be an adjustment period — but for the right person, that’s actually part of the appeal.

Pros

Scanning through some of these past reviews and let me tell you this…it is clear these reviews were left from either under performers at their position or people that simply the position was just not a right fit for them. My experience and probably 95% of the others experience were much different. So I’ll share my experience working for this company in the past (in the sales department) 1. If you are looking to start your career in sales then HEXA is the place. From the training to the systems in place to help you succeed to the interaction with customers, the leadership is there to help you in every step of the way. 2. CUSTOMER DRIVEN COMPANY - I have worked in other sales positions for different companies and I have yet to see the level of customer focus like I did at HEXA. They focus very hard on how to make the customer experience better. And when it comes to SALES this makes it so much better when you actually help customers with problems versus “just sell them something”. 3. Growth opportunity. From what I saw here, leadership wanted employees to grow and they give MANY opportunities to EARN promotions. I worked with so many reps and always noticed just like most companies: Hard workers that executed earned more opportunities for growth. So if you go in there work and execute, the sky is the limit. Overall: The people, the culture, the growth opportunity, and many other things that make this company a solid one to work for.

Cons

Not really any. Every company has some growing pains, but the people got to grow with them!
