Pros
There really isn't anything good to say other than you meet some wonderful people in the trenches.
Cons
Very few people last past the 6 month probationary period as the managers invent reasons to get rid of people. They offer No training to help improve things and then blame the staff for not improving. Customer service is the last thing HGS care about, it's all about arbitrary statistics that force staff to do the minimum necessary to help customers. Managers treat staff appallingly, doing their utmost to make employees feel like they don't count. The policies change from day to day, and the staff are expected to retroactively abide to new policies. The managers are clueless when it comes to any HR policies or procedures. But the worst thing is staff are encouraged to come in when they are ill meaning that there are more germs flying around Tulketh Mill than a Infectious Disease centre.
