Scheduling was flexible enough Increased pay rates to keep up with minimum wage Incentive and reward programs were attractive Health and Dental benefits were top-notch

Cons

Limited prospect of advancement, many higher level positions filled externally without accepting staff applications Infrequent/inadequate wage changes for performance or tenure Hostile management that saw fit to yell at/shame/harass agents, sometimes in front of new hires Inadequate coaching Poor communication internally Concerns frequently shrugged off/dismissed Frequent reprimands over metrics that don't exist
