Pros
Multiple projects, multiple formats, great corporate support. Full benefits and DEI and ESG initiatives. Raleigh office is small but welcoming, office itself is new and nice amenities.
Cons
Regional office in southern areas tend to have some order of politics but we seem to get along. Lots of firms competing for work can feel pressure, but large profit sharing pools help to build up smaller offices. Lots of personalities in the AEC space.
