Pros
- most people are very nice to work with. It's a "bike" vibe, so people are chill and always have stories to tell aroung the coffee machine - the took great measures during the pandemic to protect their employees (remote work with good computer setups) - great learning opportunity for people just out of school - there are always dogs in the office - industry discounts - most people are helpful when you have questions and are trying to learn - fast pace environnement
Cons
- lack of growth opportunities (most people are stuck in the same positions for years) - salaries not always lining up with the amount of work expected from employees - lack of work-life balance especially since the pandemic started and the industry boomed - no clear expectations and not a lot of positive reinforcement from high management
