      Pros

      Was a good platform to join initially, got the necessary exposure and skills and co-operation from colleagues and seniors to learn the basics of tractor technology etc.

      Cons

      Tough to take harsh decisions, being a Public Sector Undertaking, Very poor Financial health, No recruitment of skilled manpower in all the ares of Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance etc. since 15 years, very old product technology and very low salary for executives.

      Pros

      High salaries, people are considerate and take time to help each other out. Good scope for career progress if you network and make yoursaelf visible in the company.

      Cons

      The beauraucracy slows the pace of work significantly and often the managers are not very concerned about the growth in knwoledge and skills sets of employees
