Some of the hardest working people I have ever known work for HMX. They have Health, Denatal and 401K. Salary is about average for my location and job title.
Cons
Employees are required to work long hours including weekends and holidays. Even vacations have become "working vacations". Most departments throughout the company are working on too many projects with unrealistic deadlines.
