Pros
They really do try to improve the "member culture" and try to make it a great place to work.
Cons
Unfortunately they are not able to keep up with salary trends, especially considering they are also implementing a lean culture. They are located in an unfavorable town, and are unable to pay up for commuters. The result is a revolving door, and many employees leave for a higher paying salary with better hours, it's unfortunate.
