      Pros

      Solid benefits. Everyone who worked in the office got along well.

      Cons

      Leadership is not transparent with the rest of the company about future work/projects. Roles are divided strangely for an architecture firm. Only small group of people are able to work on pursuits. Treat "Architects" as a different role than "designers".

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
