I did not get trained very well. I could have done better also. It was unfortunate but my manager cut out on the company and it seemed to be a pretty big shock. I was only in the role for about two months when this happened. We had no manger for close to 7 months. So it created an awkward vacuum. But I am very happy I had the opportunity. And they had a new manager before I left the company. The department was in greats hands.
