toxic work culture from the new MD Venkat, he will torture directly and indirectly. either agree to what ever he says or u are out of company in next few weeks. shrewed nature.it is highly insecure feel to work under his leadership. in one year of his tenure he has ensured 26 people leave and than he will replace them from only his known people.he calls it employee ref scheme. and top management only ref and eat that money also. he was thrown out of his last company centum because of this attitude. he poaches talent from rivals. and intend to beat like this. bad of his tactic. he is a mood swing fellow. what he says morning changes in the evening. no weekend peace. forget family life. he tortures post 7 pm to give reports by 10 pm
