      HOMER is truly a wonderful place to work. It's a culture of kindness and ALL of its employees are truly excited and passionate about the company mission and their role in helping to execute it.

      Cons

      Workload is hefty. There is so much opportunity and low hanging fruit that it's easy for initiatives to balloon and priorities to get muddied.

      communication can be hard as it is all online, no meetings but not really an issue.
