Educational management does not support the teachers or supporting staff well at all. - Anonymous employee HOPES Community Action Partnership Employee Review

Pros

10 month contract follows school schedule

Cons

Educational manager does not support the teachers or staff if it does not benefit her or her ideas, benefits are horrendous and is over $650 a month for a family, very frustrating to work for someone that does not take your thoughts or opinions into consideration-one manager is very sympathetic and does listen, however, those above her seem never to allow anything to change so to vent is to vent in vain.
