Shiny but Overrated - Associate II HPA (IL) Employee Review

good onboarding, very friendly, had lots of responsibilities, good office culture

slow work at times, personally not my favorite kind of work

Motivation to never work at a place like this again.

As a young architect, I almost feel sick about the exploitation that this company permits. Salaries range all over the place, usually driven by seniority and favoritism. The owners are detached and not proficient designers, so they hire a lot of junior level staff with ideas (and energy) to do the leg work.
