Pros
Pretty good pay, decent benefits, and some great people on staff that genuinely care and want you to help however they can. They have a lot of free catered lunches for employees so that’s a plus.
Cons
The leadership is poor. Always has been, probably always will be. They are more interested in networking at conventions, happy hours, and golf outings than they are with making sure the employees who actually keep their business afloat are happy and well-equipped to take on the challenges of the job. While there are internal self-serve resources available to assist employees with the handling of an issue, these can only do so much and sometimes it’s necessary to work through something with a supervisor. However, when you seek out a supervisor for guidance, they are nowhere to be seen or can’t assist. Employee concerns are not received with genuine compassion and understanding. Instead they are swept under the rug until it’s too late and employees either end up quitting or being pushed out. It’s a
Shame how many good people in the last year and a half have left under such terrible circumstances. No room for moving up in the company either. You’re stuck where you’re at.
