Human resource is really nice. Lori on 1st good boss.

The heat gets up to 106 to 108 degrees. Bad work condition no air ventilation. Management is bad young and don't know what they doing. Nasty place bugs bite you. Extension cords running everywhere. Water standing in floor with drop cords laying in them. Very unorganized one minute the let stuff go next minute it's ok. Recycled news paper everywhere. Nasty is what I say !!

On-site management care about the employees.

It's a start-up company so things change daily. Questions are slow to get answered if answered at all. Corporate doesn't understand manufacturing process and can be difficult to deal with.
