      Posibilidad de trabajar con proyectos ECP y BTP, pero no compensa el estrés que vivirás.

      Cons

      Desorganización total en los proyectos, mal rollo en el ambiente laboral, jornadas de 12 horas o más, y nulo apoyo por parte del equipo, cada uno va a lo suyo. No existe derecho a la desconexión cuando terminas la jornada, porque sigues recibiendo mensajes por WhatsApp, da igual la hora, ya sea de noche o de madrugada. Las horas extras ni se compensan ni se pagan, y si dices algo al respecto, te hacen sentir como un desubicado y te invitan a largarte si no te mola la situación. Explotación laboral a tope.

      Pros

      - A few good apples making the work bareable - Good way to learn fast

      Cons

      - Some colleagues were absolutely rude for no reason. - HR person could not care less about their job. - Unacceptable conduct from higher ups at company events! (Harassment) - Loads of work given from directors with no billable hours for it, them being judge for having low billability. - Projects, more often than not would run out of hours. - Lack of appreciation for their employees. - Insultingly low salaries!! - Absolutely no accountability of poor management. - Glorifies working on weekends and after 5pm

Unprofessional behavior is never acceptable, and we strongly encourage reporting through our confidential channels. We currently recognize team members in our monthly meetings, but we hear you, we will encourage managers to improve day-to-day recognition as well. Our salary scales are reviewed every two years against industry benchmarks, and we’re confident they align with the market median. HR Path team
