Overall, there are a handful of people here that you may actually want to work with and that share values of integrity and desire to do the right thing for clients.

Cons

The biggest negative at the company was low monetary compensation. In addition, corporate leadership team is out of touch with reality. ZERO communication and ZERO guidance from management, unless there's an issue and then it's all your fault, despite asking for guidance and not getting it.
