      Pros

      The people here are very kind, and great to work with as well as get to know. Company is definitely in an upstage.

      Cons

      Fort Myers isn't the most interesting location in the world, but it sure is warm! The office isn't too far from anywhere in the city, but its location is anything but interesting.

      Everyone who I worked with was very professional and a joy to be around.

      Pros

      Many young people work at HSA. The company is a great place for entry geologist. Many of the employees are very social.

      Cons

      The Company is very cheap. I was working 55-60 hours a week with no overtime compensation. Then because they were behind on their schedule, they started to demand that their salaried employees work during the weekends.... Essentially you could be working 70 hour work week. They think you dont have a personal life at all. Senior management brag how the reason the company makes so much money is because they underpay their employees and overwork them.
