Pros

Provides perks like company car, Internet, and Phone Bill reimbursement. Will pay salary even if worked less than 40 hours a week and overtime if over 40. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Lots of driving, although less than competitors I am told. Sometimes will get a call last minute to be somewhere so can be hard to plan things. Overtime has been hard to come by at times and the base salary is not enough on its own. Doesn't seem to be any incentive to try hard since everybody gets annual raises and that's it. Also, they charge their customers four times what we make per hour, which means there is to much overhead.
