The pay is very low. You are treated as a slave by the company. Imagine receiving a 1-3% salary increase every year. That is regardless if you’re a high performer, but they continue to claim that the company's performance is good. It doesn’t make sense. They always say they "value" their employees, but they actually do the opposite. Hiring for backfills takes 6 to 1 year, and if they see that people can be stretched, they will stop hiring and count that as FTE savings. People are extremely incompetent, particularly some senior management. They promote “speaking up”, but once you speak up, everything will be taken against you. They promote employees who have left the company by hiring them back instead of promoting internally.
