Nice co-workers and I think that is about the best your gonna get out of this place. If you still proceed in trying to get hired, be sure to negotiate a super high salary as once you are in here - you will be lucky if you get a raise beyond 2.5 percent. Also, ask details about the benefits as they are not that great - it is so sad.
Cons
You won't do your best work here - skip this place altogether its ridiculous. Performance is not managed here in a way that will motivate anyone to do outstanding work. Moral is very low here - its depressing. Be ready to be micro-managed beyond what you have ever experienced in your lifetime. CEO thinks he is great but is self delusional and self absorbed. All he talks about is himself and sports figures - completely clueless.
