Pros

None that I can speak of haggle over every penny, including tips for meals.

Cons

This place is a rip off. Their clients are nasty and liars. They demand you work days a week and turn around and only want to pay for 40 hours. Management will stab you in the back and ask you to help them drive the knife in deeper whiling abandoning you to their horrible clients that are crazy and desperate.

Pros

There is always some kind of project to work on, even on the short breaks between client engagements so you are always busy. Clients are great, and every one I worked with was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. Hard work recognized by direct co-workers, but no one else.

Cons

Culture has changed a lot recently, and not for the better. Management is very cold and distant. There used to be a very personal feel to interactions within the company, but that ended about six months ago. Travel is EXCEPTIONALLY demanding, and often organized last minute. Little allowance is made for personal needs or time off as "client comes first" always. When travel is assigned during scheduled time off, the presumption is often made that you will just reschedule your time off to accommodate.
