This is the best place to work! Pay is great, people are amazing and every day is challenging. Not too much work, not too less - perfect amount of work. I worked for Care at Hurits! It was one of the calmest of the offices I have ever worked at. Believe me, I have worked across many places in India. About the team and project management: The management knows exactly what has to be done. The everyday meeting defines stuff and discusses to the very technical detail as well. it makes it easy to work as you already know what has to be done. Experience at Hurits is so great. There are few reasons for that: 1. There is no politics in the office. This makes everything better 2. You have great talent around you 3. The most approachable management ever. Its been a year since I left Hurits and started my own venture, believe me, I still walk into that office as if it's my office. That's the kind of love and respect you get from the management.
