Pros
Cheap stuff and all that
Cons
Where to even begin? Unsafe work environment, terrible management that can't make sure volunteers are doing things safely and efficiently, I got injured on the job then got fired for getting injured and they tried to play it like it was because (and here's the kicker) first they said I was cussing (which I did say the f word when I was cleaning out my cut because our supervisor had us do something that was unsafe) then backpedaled and said it was because I hung up on the HR rep, Marissa, because she kept giving me the run around and I got tired of it. They fired me to cover themselves after someone got hurt. Dana, the head of HR, kept telling me "Habitat is an at will employer so they don't need a reason to fire anyone" if you're looking for a job? Don't look at any of the Denver Habitat for Humanity listings (any of the stores in the Denver metro area) it's not worth your time
