Management is terrible. They claim to be family oriented but that is just talk. After Bob Habush retired the family friendly environment ended. They care more about profit and lining the pockets of the attorneys. They do not encourage a work life balance and firm policies are not enforced across the board. Some employees are given more benefits and perks than others. My best advice if you take a job here - cover your butt. Some attorneys will put all the blame on you and never take responsibility for their shortcomings and to save face, they will not hesitate to throw you under the bus.
