      Pros

      There’s a lot of passion and energy in the new talent ..But what a waste ... Lots to show off on social media ... if Glassdoor reaches out to employees they will realise the pitfall

      Cons

      The management is very selfish and immature they want to exploit the new talent but instead Of inspiring a career roadmap they just by play nasty games ... love back stabbing and favouritism!!!

We do encourage employees to share genuine feedback about HE/posts on social media as an organization and also let us know on areas we need to work on priority. On back stabbing, favoritism, management issues, I would love to discuss with you and work on fixing things, if you can elaborate your feedback then it will really help us to improve ourselves.       Pros

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      Cons

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
